It incorporates the latest research on functional strengthening and upper body plyometrics. The CS System integrates this patent-pending technology into a highly effective and efficient workout routine that is proven to increase throwing velocity and endurance.

  • Dynamic Warm-up: Before throwing, use lighter resistance to avoid fatigue the muscles.
  • Strengthening & Injury Prevention: After throwing, use heavier resistance to promote strengthening in the rotator cuff and scapular muscles.
  • Performance Enhancement: When performing plyometrics, use a light resistance because speed is the key component.
The Crossover Symmetry approach and system is currently in use by 10 MLB organizations, over 100 college baseball teams, coountless high-school age programs.
