The higher on the scale, the better the score.

A 4 on this scale would be considered the minimum to be of interest by most scouts, if the player was young and should potential.

However, be aware that this specific ranking chart may not always be used, and that accoring to the Major League Scouting Bureau, their criteria have changed. We have not, however, as yet, received any newer information, and not all clubs work through the MLSB. Those with their own scouting systems may have their own ranking numbers.
