Planning is what makes you a coach!
You're not a coach because someone gives you a pile of registration forms, a bag full of gear, and a key to the field locker. Well, maybe that's all it took to get you to take the team. But as a coach, you can do more - and be more - to your young charges... a teacher, instructor, role model, mentor. Too much pressure? Then take it in baby-steps - starting with a good practice plan.
