This is 45 min. of pure catching wisdom. I wish that I had instruction this good when I was playing. They give a couple of variations with some of the harder drills, so that younger players can benefit from all the drills as well. The drills are exquisitely explained in such a way that there is no room for confusion. I will definitely be running my catchers through this catcher work out, as it covers all the fundamentals of catching.
