Back to School
So far in this series, we've introduced a few relatively "new" concepts such as later hand break and scapular loading. In truth, these have been with us in one form or another since 2002 or longer. They were incorporated into this series in 2006/07.

Now, in 2010/11, we take the next leap forward in changing mechanics based on research into the loop the arm takes from hand break to load, and from load to release.

In this lesson we cover the background, in the next lesson we show the dramatic differences between conventional and next-gen approaches.
