Tubing is crucial to resistance training. The technology used in CrossOver Cords incorporates a nylon safety sleeve that surrounds the entire length of the latex tubing. This prevents the tubing from being over-stretched and protects the user from the cord snapping back if the band ever breaks.

The nylon sleeve also protects the tubing from nicks, cuts, abrasions, body oils and ultraviolet rays which prematurely break it down, resulting in an outdoor resistance cord that will last 5 times longer than naked tubing. (Note: all Crossover sleeves are now gray as shown above, not black.)
