How to get past training plateaus
 Within days we received two articles that dealt with a challenge which every pitching coach must face - the velocity plateau. It happens to almost every pitcher. The articles (one in 2 parts) are both from instructional experts, one in Oregon, the other in Texas. And while the perspectives and presentation styles are different, there is common ground. As with many such performance topics, neither expert may have all the answers - it is up to you to weight the thoughts and decide what will work best in your program. We also invite readers to add comments below the articles.
