Includes

Vision Evaluation Kit

Understanding how you see is an important starting point for your vision training. This unique kit includes a laminated vision chart that works with 3-D glasses (included), two poly balls, a Brock String with vision beads to understand depth perception, and an instruction booklet. Note: kit chart is as shown at right, prototype demo'd left.

Vision Training DVDs

This two part series ($15 each) is offered here for $24.95. It features Chris McKnight and Harvey Ratner explaining in detail the proper drill sequence and procedures for each of the training tools. (Similar instruction provided in DVD #4 of the recommended Dave Hudgens Hitting for Excellence series.)

The Original Bat Rac

This sturdy wood vision tool is designed to improve hand-eye coordination, proper grip concentration and swing techniques. Use the Wood Bat Rac with poly balls and tennis balls only. Bunting drills, tracking, pepper drills, soft toss and live hitting drills are all part of the Bat Rac training program. Note: some drills are about getting the ball through the hole, other drills use the Bat Rac edge on.

New Plastic Bat Rac

Innovative plastic Bat Rac can be used with hard balls, as well as tennis and poly balls. The Plastic Bat Rac can be used for all the same drills as the wood Bat Rac, plus the 3 holes are for specialized bunting drills with whiffle golf balls. The youth model is slightly shorter than the pro model.

Vision Rings

Rings are used in toss drills. Two versions are available. The Mini Ring has a single poly ball and the Super Vision Ring has 4 colored balls spaced evenly around a durable plastic ring. Toss drills require catching the ball (or correct color). Improves depth perception, speed of recognition and eye-hand coordination.

Juggle Styx

These 3 colored poly balls on an 18" plastic rod create great opportunities for catching and bunting drills. Training covers visual-auditory processing, peripheral vision, fixation, eye hand coordination and speed of recognition. Styx Kit includes additional balls for color-match contact drills.

Ball-in-Bottle

A simple-looking tool that demands great visual tracking skills. You attached the handle with its screw top to any 2-liter soda bottle and cut a slot in the side. Using wiffle golf balls, the hitter tries to get the thrown golf ball in the bottle from various hitting positions.
