This lightweight training bat gives you hundreds of extra swings and helps develop bat speed. You'll get results fast because you can take more swings without muscle fatigue. Swift Stik will improve hand-eye coordination, build neural pathway programming (muscle memory), and increase bat speed.

Patented adjustable foam head matches the "sweet spot" of your game bat and gives instant feedback if you've hit the ball with the correct part of the bat.
Ridged cushioned grip helps isolate the bat in your fingers.
Shaft is made of durable reinforced fiberglass and is guaranteed for life.

Available in 34" (13 oz) Adult and 30" (12 oz) Youth sizes. Each Swift Stik comes with a training DVD and 4 golf ball Wiffle® (extra dozens available).
