Infield Drill

This drill involves 5 fielders and a coach. The focus is on the player in the middle - in the "hot box". The coach feeds balls - either by hand or with a fungo - and the player in the middle must react, make the catch, and finish with a throw to a "base". As shown, it takes up only half the ball diamond infield, so you can fit it into a large indoor batting cage, or gym, or run a second hot box on the other side of the mound (or work another drill in that space.)
