The Sport 2 is the latest generation of Stalker baseball radar designed for accuracy and performance. The unit is lightweight and can be powered by a number of battery choices including rechargeable NiMh. The Stalker has two speed displays one for peak speeds and the other for plate speed, recalls 5 previous readings, also includes stopwatch function, and comes standard with an RS-232 output port for exporting data.

- Simple, baseball-specific operation to measure pitching speeds and time base runners.
- 10-millisecond speed acquisition time and displays speed in either units or tenths (in mph or km/h)
- Most radar guns advertise "accurate to within +/- 1 to 3 mph." Stalker radar guns are accurate to within .1 (one-tenth) of a mile per hour.
- Concurrent radar and stopwatch operation. Default settings are optimized for measuring pitch speeds (User presses MENU key to customize the settings.)
- Will track a baseball within 250-300' range.
- 2 Active Speed Windows to display both peak (release) speed and plate speeds. You can also recall the 5 previous readings.
Stopwatch function allows you to measure pitches and time runners at same time (optional stopwatch cable required). - Reduced size and weight improves comfort. Rugged polymer case weighs 1.70 lbs with batteries.
- 4-1⁄2 Hour Battery Life. Uses common AA, either NiCad or NiMh with low battery indication. In-gun battery wall charger included.
- 2 Year Warranty.
- Standard Data Port. RS-232/RS-485, 1200 baud to 38.4 Kbaud – communicates with any serial device. (Two transmit modes... pull-to-transmit or pull-on/pull-off.
