TAP Medicine Balls are versatile tools for complete body workouts. Exercise programs utilizing the medicine ball provide weight resistance through the full range of motion and can enhance coordination and flexibility. Their appropriate use can develop functional fitness while improving rotational strength, explosive power, and endurance. They can be used in dynamic exercises to strengthen shoulders, back, arms and legs as well as improve core strength.

 

These durable air-filled hollow balls will bounce and may be thrown against walls (should not be exposed to sharp or pointed edges). They're available in 6 color coded weights ranging from 2 to 12 pounds. Approx. dimensions as follows...
