Here's what we've done to put WebBall in-motion...

Baseball Player actions are animated not video-generated. We've done it this way to reduce each skill to the essence of its mechanics.

The process begins with advanced motion-capture data - the same technique used for baseball video games, but modified according to our teaching principles.

This information is used to sequence the action using some of the latest 3-D computer software and web technology. Positions and timing are refined, rechecked against personal observation.

When that seems right, we ouput the resulting animation for the web in QuickTime format for both PC and Mac browsers.
