Baseball Rules Made Easy
A video that simplifies the understanding of baseball rules through the use of graphics and actual footage. For coaches, players, fans, and budding umpires. While the concept is to make it "easy" this package gets into more detail than you might expect. For instance on "interference" it covers all kinds (catcher's, runner's, batter's, umpire's, etc.), explains the rule, and gives video demonstrations. It also covers obstruction (defensive interference).
