This page continues from the previous lessons on scapular loading and hand break - but it's not something everyone has accepted (if everyone can ever agree on anything). We present it here as something to think about. Note: this is not the same as scapular loading - that is the shoulder pullback. This is about using the elbows as the leading edge of motion.

A reminder: the hand break must be done for a purpose...
to get from the required set position to "full load" prior to delivery.
