Marketing Integrity

For years outfielders have been forcing their 5 fingers into 3 small finger stalls and trying to get the thumb area to hinge properly for a deeper pocket and easier close. The patent-pending Reptilian Claw does all that for you. Wider finger stalls and a double-flex hinge help the glove fold around the ball for much surer catches. The Reptilian Claw is a modified 12-3/4 inch pattern, with 1/4" rawhide lacing and has a modified Flytrap web design.

These are not gloves for your average player: they cost more because of the care required with Kip leather in the natural Torino colors, and you'll want to protect that beautiful tanned finish, but most importantly...  the improvement in fit and playability makes Akadema Torino an excellent choice for the serious ballplayer.
