New for the 2008 model year, the ACS-115 Precision Kip Series glove  features a classic I-web pattern, open back amd medium-depth pocket for quick transfers.

Kip leather originated in Europe with tanning in Japan. Akadema uses U.S. steerhide put through this process. The result: Kip leather is 20% lighter and tighter grained than conventional steerhide. As a result Precision gloves are more pliable, easier to break in, with more tensile strength. They cost more but the improvement in fit and playability makes Akadema Precision an excellent choice for the serious ballplayer.
