Cold therapy of any kind is intended for relief of temporary pain due to muscle pulls, etc. during the game or strenuous practice. Always follow cold therapy with a brisk walk to restore body temp. If pain persists, consult a coach or instructor for advice on mechanics. If pain does not go away, you may want to consult a doctor or sports medicine specialist. ColdOne 3-in-1 Human Injury Wrap
Remarkable new compression wrap for multiple uses
The 3-in-1 Human Injury Wrap can be applied to the elbow, hand/wrist, and foot for a variety of injuries and ailments. One size fits most.
- Hand/Wrist: The wrap can be applied two different ways on the hand and wrist to treat common sprains and strains, and to provide relief from carpal tunnel syndrome, tendonitis, and surgical recoveries.
- Foot: For immediate relief of pain and swelling caused by heel spurs or plantar fasciitis, place the cold compression wrap around the foot for 15-20 minutes several times a day.

ColdOne Shoulder Wraps - Single or Double
The premier cold therapy product for the athlete whose motions cause torque and twisting. Covers shoulder, upper arm, pecks and lats. Drives cold deep for soothing relief and reduces swelling. Can also be used as a hypothermia vest for emergency treatment of suspected heat stroke; hard to get an ice bath to a sports field. Vest can be applied and then athlete moved to locker room or emergency room.

ColdOne Forearm Wrap
The outer layer of heavy neoprene provides stretch and compression. The center layer is 100% non-toxic freezable gel, which is also flexible and comfortable.
